• Kirsi Soulamo, senior lecturer, Xamk: Group coaching is a very powerful way to increase psychological trust, team spirit and mutual support among students. In my presentation I will introduce some examples how group coaching has been used during courses such as From idea to innovation (first-year BBA students) and Implementing client-centred interventions (third-year physical education students).
