SUMMARY:INGENIUM Academic Networking Meeting @ Xamk- Social Work & Psychology
DESCRIPTION:Xamk is welcoming INGENIUM staff for a 2-days\, on-site event with a central focus on the planned Pathway Programme. Preliminary name of the planned Pathway program is Psychology and Social Work for Wellbeing in Digital and Multicultural World. \nGoal of the meeting is to get concrete plans for developing shared courses for Social Work Pathway. The goal is to gain an understanding of the themes of the collaborative study modules and the strengths/interests of the partners in the offering. \nParticipants: We expect 2-3 academic staff of Social Work/Care degrees to be directly involved in the development and implementation Social Work Pathway studies. \nThe Preliminary Program can be found here. \nThis meeting is part of Academic Networking Meetings events that aims to offer lecturers and researchers a new format for networking with our partner universities on specific topics\, launching innovative teaching formats and research projects or further developing joint projects. \nRegistration is open until October 31st 2025. DESCRIPTION:We’re celebrating INGENIUM’s Sustainability Week at Xamk from 10–14 November! Share your own sustainability tips with us!  \nThroughout the week\, we want to highlight the small\, concrete everyday actions that students and staff are already taking toward a more sustainable future. \nOn Wednesday\, we’ll be collecting sustainability tips and actions from students and staff on the Mikkeli and Kouvola campuses. You can also submit your ideas all week via Padlet! \nShare your sustainability tip or action! \n\nA Padlet has been opened – add your tip or action anytime during the week\nOn Wednesday\, you can also share your tip in person:\n\nKouvola campus: Main building lobby\nMikkeli campus: D-building lobby\n\n\nWhat do you do at home?\nWhat do you do on campus?\nWhat do you do in your daily life?\nWhat is your small but recurring sustainability action that often goes unnoticed?\n\nSmall actions add up. Sharing practical tips is often the most effective way to inspire change. \nWe’ll also be participating in the INGENIUM Sustainability Hackathon during the week.
